I want to learn how to use more technology in my classroom and at home.
This will add some exciting twist to my teaching and hopefully some organziation to my personal and professional life.LC
Learning to think like the kids I teach is essential to being effective in the classroom. All it takes is once glance at the tuned-out faces of high schoolers during a lecture to realize that they need more. I believe Web 2.0 will help me help them engage! LMD
I am here to learn more about how to use technology in the classroom or in my lessons. I am intending to use this course information personally and professionally. On both levels I would like to become more familiar with what is happening around me in the tech world. CH
I am here to explore all the different kinds of information delivery. It's important for us all to keep learning and growing to meet the needs of the learners we currently teach.
I think this will bring me much closer to all those digital natives as well as help coworkers examine new ways of teaching. So many new resources are readily available. This is exciting and a great opportunity for us all! MK

I was excited to be given another opportunity to further my professional development. I am very curious about Web 2.0. esb
Web 2.0 is an amazing opportunity for me to learn how to effectively use more technology tools for my students and parents in my classroom. Professionally, I hope to incorporate many new ideas into my daily teaching. Personally, I desire to help my own child learn in a fun, dynamic way.

Artistic fields are inherently interactive and colloborative. But there are always aspects that need to be taught that are not. I hope to discover exciting ways to share the more boring but necessary processes of my field via technology.
1. I am taking this course so that I can have a better understanding of the resources that are avalible to enhance my curriculum and to reach the different types of learners in my classroom. I am also taking it for the continuing ed. hours :).
2. On a personal level, learning Web 2.0 will help me build a stronger technology foundation and give me the confidence to expand my knowledge base. Profesionally, in addition to the benefits to my students, it will allow me to connect with peers outside of the Maclay community.
Personally and professionally; I love to learn and provide different learning opportunities for the scientists I work with. esb
I want to learn to incorporate more technology into my lessons. Things like grammar could use a little spicing up.
If I can start implementing elements I learn in the Web 2.0 class, I think both my students and I will have more fun in the classroom. This will benefit me both professionally and personally, as the two are so closely connected. PCD
